At Outlandie, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy. This gives you plenty of time to check whether your gear is the right fit for your next outdoor adventure.
Outlandie is a Dutch-registered business (V.O.F. Stefan en Richard), operated from the Netherlands. Our return address is located in the Netherlands — there is no hidden overseas return address. Our return process is designed to be straightforward and transparent so you always know exactly what to expect.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions apply:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in the same condition as received.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Footwear specific requirement: Shoes should only be tried on indoors on a clean carpeted surface. Shoes with visible wear or marks on the sole cannot be accepted for return.
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Before sending your return, please contact us first so we can provide you with a return reference number. This helps us process your refund as quickly as possible.

- Response time: we will get back to you within 1–2 business days with further instructions.
Once confirmed, you can send your return directly to our address in the Netherlands. You will never be asked to send items to an overseas address.

4. Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind / Wrong size: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We do not charge any restocking fees.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: Outlandie will cover the full return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately at info@outlandie.com and we will arrange a pre-paid return label for you.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund within 2 business days.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that the processing time may vary slightly depending on your payment provider or bank.
Please note:
- Refunds apply to the product price only.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not yet received the funds, please contact us at info@outlandie.com and we will resolve this immediately.
6. Exchanges
If you would like a different size or colour, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order for your preferred option. This ensures the fastest possible delivery of your replacement item.
7. Warranty
All Outlandie products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents.

- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the defect
We will assess your case and advise you on the next steps, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
