Thank you for shopping with Outlandie. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through our website. Outlandie is a Dutch-registered business, operated from the Netherlands, delivering directly to customers across the United Kingdom. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and transparent delivery experience for every customer.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to customers located in the United Kingdom.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our international supplier network and delivered directly to your address in the United Kingdom.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. No minimum order value applies.

No additional shipping charges will be applied at checkout.

3. Order Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are processed and shipped according to the following schedule:

  • Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Time (Amsterdam).
  • Order processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated shipping time: 7–12 business days after dispatch.
  • Total estimated delivery time: 8–14 business days from the date your order is placed.

Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier service, or customs processing.

4. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

Outlandie is a Dutch-registered business. Orders are shipped internationally via our supplier network. As your order may originate outside the United Kingdom, it may pass through customs upon arrival.

All applicable import duties and taxes are covered by Outlandie. There are no additional charges for UK customers at the point of delivery. You will not be asked to pay any customs fees to receive your order.

5. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours after the shipment has been dispatched.

6. Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@outlandie.com with your order number. We will investigate the matter and provide a solution as quickly as possible.

Please note that occasional delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to customs processing.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

Outlandie takes full responsibility for your order during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we will ensure a proper solution is provided, such as a replacement or a full refund.

What to do if your order is damaged:

  • Please inspect your package upon arrival.
  • If the item is damaged, contact us within 48 hours at info@outlandie.com.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.
  • Keep all packaging materials until we have resolved the issue.

We will handle the claim with the carrier so you don't have to worry about the technical details.

8. Returns

If you would like to return your order, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Our return address is located in the Netherlands.
