We currently ship orders to the United Kingdom. Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our international supplier network and delivered directly to your address.

  • Estimated shipping time is 7–12 business days after dispatch.
  • Total estimated delivery time: 8–14 business days from the date of your order.
  • Shipping within the United Kingdom is free.
  • All import duties and taxes are covered by Outlandie — no extra charges at delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, location, or customs procedures. Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights.

7. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Returns are sent to our registered address in the Netherlands. You will never be asked to return items to an overseas address.
